Ingredients
-1 pound ripe tomatoes (about 2 medium tomatoes), chopped
-1 1/2 cups chopped onion
-1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
-3 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and chopped
-2 TBS lime juice
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
-Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
-Serve or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
